Returns & Exchanges
At Woven Design Studio, we want you to love the pieces you bring into your home and wardrobe. We carefully curate products from makers and artisans we genuinely believe in, and we hope every purchase feels special when it arrives.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit on full-priced items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- unused and in original condition
- returned with tags and packaging intact
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Return postage for change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund unless the item is faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Many of our products are handmade or created using natural fibres, timber, ceramics, leather, or other organic materials. Variations in colour, texture, weave, or finish are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.
We take great care in packing and checking every order. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will gladly arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
