Shipping policy
Delivery Within New Zealand
- Flat rate: $8 on orders under $250
- Free shipping: Orders over $250 (including rural addresses)
- Rural fee: $6 applies to orders under $250

Delivery Timeframes
South Island: 1–2 working days
Rest of New Zealand: 1–3 working days
All orders are sent via tracked courier — Courier Post or Post Haste.
Once your order is fulfilled (usually the next working day), you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Please provide a physical delivery address (such as your home or workplace) where someone will be available between 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday.
We also deliver to PO Boxes.
International Orders
We can ship worldwide!
Shipping rates are calculated by volumetric weight and displayed at checkout.
